Title 15 › Chapter 89— PROFESSIONAL BOXING SAFETY › § 6311
The Secretary of Labor must study whether a national pension system for boxers would work, how much it would cost, and possible ways to pay for it. The Secretary of Health and Human Services must study and make recommendations for health, safety, and equipment standards for boxers and for professional boxing matches. The Labor report must be sent to Congress no later than one year after October 9, 1996. The HHS report must be sent to Congress no later than 180 days after October 9, 1996.
