Title 15 › Chapter 14A— AID TO SMALL BUSINESS › § 639b
The Administrator must respond to data or information requests from the Comptroller General of the United States within 15 days (or later if the Comptroller General allows). If the Administrator cannot meet that deadline, they must send the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship and the House Committee on Small Business a notice before the deadline that explains in detail why they cannot comply. No later than 120 days after December 27, 2020, and at least twice each year after that until two years after December 27, 2020, the Administrator and the Secretary of the Treasury must testify before those same two congressional small business committees about how the law is being carried out.
