Title 15 › Chapter 91— CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION › § 6506
The Commission must review how the law is being carried out within 5 years after the initial regulations under section 6502 take effect. The review must look at things like how children’s information is collected and shared, whether children can access the online information they want, and whether websites aimed at children are still available.
