Title 15 › Chapter 91A— PROMOTING A SAFE INTERNET FOR CHILDREN › § 6552
The Federal Trade Commission must run a national program to teach people how to keep children safe online. It must build on work already done by the federal government, state and local governments, nonprofits, tech and financial companies, internet service providers, and websites. The program must find and share the best safety methods, run a nationwide outreach and teaching effort using TV, social media, and websites, make it easier to share up-to-date information about online risks, and help schools, police, local governments, and nonprofits get and use internet-safety education and awareness tools.
