§657f–1 Certification of Small Business Concerns Owned and Controlled by Veterans

Summary

For the veterans' small business program, the Administrator must certify which small businesses are owned and controlled by veterans and must require them to recertify on a regular basis. The Administrator must create rules to handle challenges and to check that those certifications and any other information are true. People, including interested parties, can file challenges. The rules must let the Administrator verify information and examine any business that submits a certification or related information to make sure its statements are accurate.
