Title 15 › Chapter 14A— AID TO SMALL BUSINESS › § 657f–1
The Administrator must decide and certify whether a business is a small company owned and controlled by veterans. The Administrator must also make those businesses confirm that status again from time to time. The Administrator must set up rules so people can challenge a business’s eligibility, and so the agency will investigate and decide those challenges. The rules must let the agency check that the information and certifications a business gives are true, including running exams or audits of those businesses.
