Summary
Only the proper U.S. district court must hear any lawsuit under this law that involves an insurer that is changing or has changed its legal home (redomesticating or redomesticated). If a court finds one part of the law invalid for some people or situations, the rest of the law still applies to others.

(a)The appropriate United States district court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over litigation arising under this section 11 See References in Text note below. involving any redomesticating or redomesticated insurer.
(b)If any provision of this section,1 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the section,1 and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
