Natural fiber means a fiber found in nature. Manufactured fiber means a fiber made by a process from a substance that was not a fiber at some point. Yarn means a strand of fiber ready to be made into fabric. Fabric means material made from or combined with fibers or yarns. Household textile articles covers clothing, costumes and accessories, draperies, floor coverings, furnishings, bedding, and similar household textile goods. Textile fiber product means fibers, yarns, fabrics, or household textile articles, finished or unfinished, used or meant for household textile use, and articles made in whole or part from them. Affixed means attached to the product in any way. Commission means the Federal Trade Commission. Commerce means trade among states, with foreign countries, in U.S. territories, and involving the District of Columbia. Territory includes U.S. insular possessions and any U.S. territory. Ultimate consumer means someone who buys or trades for a textile product with no plan to sell or trade it again.
