The Federal Trade Commission must enforce the rules in this part, unless another part says otherwise. It does so using the same powers, procedures, penalties, and rights it has under the Federal Trade Commission Act. The Commission can write rules needed to run and enforce the law, including creating generic names for manufactured fibers. It can also order inspections, tests, analyses, and examinations of any product covered by these rules.
