Defines key words used in this chapter. "Contraband oil" is petroleum (or any part of it) produced, moved, or taken from storage in amounts greater than a State or its agencies allow, and products made from that petroleum, except oil a State has taken title to under its laws. "Products" are things made from petroleum. "Interstate commerce" means trade or movement that crosses state lines, passes through another state, or goes from the U.S. to a foreign country, but only while inside the United States. "Person" means an individual, partnership, corporation, or joint‑stock company.
