Title 15 › Chapter 15A— INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS › § 715i
The President, through the Attorney General, can ask a U.S. district court to order anyone to follow this law and its rules. If someone is breaking or about to break the law, the Attorney General can sue to stop them, and the court may issue temporary or permanent orders with no bond required. Only federal district courts handle civil cases to enforce or stop violations. Criminal charges may be filed where the act happened. Civil suits can be brought where the violation occurred or where the defendant is found, lives, or does business. Appeals follow sections 1254, 1291, and 1292 of title 28.
