Corporation: business entities like corporations, partnerships, trusts, groups, receivers, or trustees, but not municipalities. Municipality: a city, county, or other state political subdivision or agency. State: a State in the Union, the District of Columbia, or any organized U.S. Territory. Natural gas: natural gas alone or mixed with manufactured gas. Natural-gas company: someone who moves or sells natural gas in interstate commerce for resale. Interstate commerce: trade that crosses state lines or passes through another state, within the United States. State commission: the state or local agency that sets natural gas rates. Commission/Commissioner: the Federal Power Commission and a member of it. Vehicular natural gas: gas used to fuel vehicles. LNG terminal: onshore or state-waters facilities that handle imported, exported, or waterborne natural gas; excludes delivery vessels and pipelines or storage the Commission regulates under section 717f.
