§717o Administrative Powers of Commission; Rules, Regulations, and Orders

Summary

The Commission can take actions needed to carry out this chapter. It can make, change, or cancel rules and orders that define terms, set the forms and required information for reports and applications, set filing deadlines, and apply different rules to different groups of people or matters. Rules normally take effect 30 days after they are published unless a different date is given; orders take effect when the Commission says. All rules must be filed with the secretary and kept available for the public to inspect.
