Title 15 › Chapter 15B— NATURAL GAS › § 717u
Only U.S. district courts and federal courts in U.S. territories can hear crimes and lawsuits under this chapter or its rules. Criminal cases must be brought where the illegal act happened. Civil cases to enforce duties or stop violations can be filed either where the act occurred or where the defendant lives, and legal papers can be served wherever the defendant is found. Judgments can be reviewed under sections 1254, 1291, and 1292 of title 28. The Commission cannot be charged court costs in cases brought by or against it under this chapter.
