Summary

Provides specific funding to the Secretary of Commerce for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). For the work under section 278h it gives $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2003, $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2004, $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2005, $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2006, and $85,000,000 for fiscal year 2007. For the work under section 278g–3(f) it gives $6,000,000 for fiscal year 2003, $6,200,000 for fiscal year 2004, $6,400,000 for fiscal year 2005, $6,600,000 for fiscal year 2006, and $6,800,000 for fiscal year 2007.
