§787 Project Independence Evaluation System Documentation; Access to Model by Congress and Public

Summary

The Administrator of the Federal Energy Administration must send Congress complete technical papers about the Project Independence Evaluation System computer model. The structural and parameter papers must go by September 1, 1976, and the operating instructions must go by January 1, 1977. The Administrator must also give congressional committee members quick access to the model. Members of the public must be allowed to use the model on the FEA’s computer system under reasonable rules the Administrator sets, and those rules may let the Administrator charge a fair, reasonable fee for its use.
