Antitrust laws keep applying and are not changed, weakened, or replaced by anything in this chapter or its amendments. If anything in this chapter or its changes conflicts with the antitrust laws, the antitrust laws take priority.

Any implied or actual conflict between this chapter and any amendments to this chapter and the antitrust laws shall be resolved in favor of the operation of the antitrust laws.
