Summary

Exempts Chapter 35 of Title 44 (the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995) from applying to the parts and changes made by this subtitle, and allows the Secretary of Labor to issue any operating instructions or other guidance needed to carry out those parts and changes.

(a)Chapter 35 of title 44 (commonly referred to as the “Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995”),11 So in original. shall not apply to the provisions of, and the amendments made by, this subtitle.
(b)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Labor may issue any operating instructions or other guidance necessary to carry out the provisions of, or the amendments made by, this subtitle.
