Defines key words used in this subchapter. "Appropriate congressional committees" are the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the House Committee on Financial Services. "Eligible entity" is a minority‑serving institution or a group of colleges led by one. "MBDA Rural Business Center" is an MBDA Business Center that helps minority businesses in rural areas. "MBDA Rural Business Center agreement" is the agreement that sets how the award recipient will run that center. "Minority‑serving institution" is an institution described in paragraphs (1) through (7) of section 1067q(a) of title 20. "Rural area" has the meaning in section 1991(a) of title 7. "Rural minority business enterprise" is a minority business located in a rural area.
