Title 15 › Chapter 120— MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT › Subchapter V— MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES ADVISORY COUNCIL › § 9573
The Council must advise the Under Secretary. It provides information on economic and social trends that affect socially or economically disadvantaged businesses, reports on public and private programs related to those businesses, and recommends ways to meet the law’s goals and to address problems the Under Secretary sends it. Members get no pay but may receive travel and per diem under federal rules. The Council ends 5 years after November 15, 2021.
