Title 15 › Chapter 122— TRAVEL AND TOURISM › § 9804
At least once every 10 years, the Secretary of Commerce must work with the U.S. Travel and Tourism Advisory Board, the Tourism Policy Council, the Secretary of State, and the Secretary of Homeland Security to create and send Congress a 10-year travel and tourism strategy. The plan must set yearly targets for international visitors and travel-related business, list the resources needed to hit those targets, and recommend any law or rule changes needed.
