Defines the exact lands that make up Petrified Forest National Park. The Petrified Forest National Park, authorized to be established pursuant to section 119 of this title, shall comprise the following described lands: gila and salt river meridian Township 20 north, range 23 east: section 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35, 36, all. Effective Date

of 1986 Amendment Pub. L. 99–250, § 2, Feb. 27, 1986, 100 Stat. 13, provided that: “The provisions of this Act [amending this section] shall not take effect until the Secretary of the Interior determines that fee simple title to the property described in section 1 has vested in the United States. Such determination of the Secretary shall be published in the Federal Register.”
