The United States has sole control of Crater Lake National Park. Oregon can still serve civil or criminal papers and prosecute matters that began in Oregon but outside the park, and it can tax people, businesses, and property located there. Fugitives found in the park are handled the same as fugitives elsewhere in Oregon.
