Title 16 › Chapter 29— WATER BANK PROGRAM FOR WETLANDS PRESERVATION › § 1310
Money may be provided, with no fiscal-year limit, to carry out the program. Through the fiscal year ending September 30, 1980, the Secretary may not make agreements that require more than $10,000,000 in payments in any calendar year. After that year the cap is $30,000,000, and no more than 15% of a fiscal year’s authorized funds may be used for agreements in any one State.
