Title 16 › Chapter 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › Subchapter XX— GLACIER NATIONAL PARK › § 161d
The Creston, Montana fish hatchery, with its buildings and equipment that were set up to restock Glacier National Park, is no longer part of the park. The Fish and Wildlife Service will run the hatchery instead of the National Park Service, and any fish produced beyond what’s needed to keep park fish populations at the right level can be used to restock other waters.
