When the land exchange under section 221c is finished, the United States gives up and transfers to the owner any right, title, or interest it has in the existing road across the owner’s land in Grand Canyon National Park. The road’s center line starts near the south quarter corner of section 17, township 30 north, range 4 east, Gila and Salt River meridian, Arizona; then north 10°11′ west 500 feet; then north 36°6′ west 145 feet; then north 42°16′ west 1,700 feet to the east line of the west half of the west half of section 17.
