The Secretary must send complaints, information, and suggested rules to the FAA, the EPA, or other responsible agencies when aircraft or helicopter flights in the enlarged Grand Canyon National Park, including airspace below the canyon rims, might harm visitors’ health or safety or spoil the park’s quiet. Those agencies must review what’s sent, talk with the Secretary, and take appropriate action to protect the park and its visitors.
