Adds a specific area in the village of Medora, North Dakota, to Theodore Roosevelt National Park so that the land is covered by park rules. The area is described by a detailed boundary that begins in block 11 and follows streets, right-of-way lines, lot lines, and section lines through several blocks and sections, and it includes the part of block 12 that lies west of a line 140 feet west of the westerly right-of-way line of Main Street, all in township 140 north, range 102 west, fifth principal meridian. All of the added land must follow the park’s laws and rules. Land and buildings in block 6 that are now managed and used by the United States Forest Service, Department of Agriculture will not become part of the park until the Secretary of Agriculture transfers them to the Department of the Interior.
