Summary

The park does not include three specific land parcels in township 147 north, range 100 west, Fifth Principal Meridian, North Dakota. These are: the part of section 8 southwest of a line from the common corner of sections 8, 9, 16, and 17 to the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 8; the part of section 16 southwest of a line between the southeast corner and the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 16; and all of section 17.
