The Secretary of the Interior can start condemnation proceedings under section 3113 of title 40 to acquire privately owned land, interests, or rights inside Theodore Roosevelt National Park. If an owner names a price the Secretary finds reasonable, the Secretary may purchase it immediately. The Secretary can also accept donations of land or rights for the park. Any title and proof of title for land bought or donated must be acceptable to the Attorney General.
