When Washington accepts, the United States returns to the State control of lands removed from Olympic National Park by section 251e. Lands put back into the Quileute Reservation will have the same State and Tribal control as other trust lands, and the State gets shared lawmaking power over park lands changed by sections 251e–251m as the Governor and the Secretary agree.
