The Secretary of the Interior may accept donations of land, land interests, buildings, structures, other property, and money for the historical park inside the boundaries fixed under this subchapter. He may use donated funds to buy needed tracts at prices he finds reasonable or get them by legal condemnation under section 3113 of title 40, and any land title must be acceptable to him.
