The Secretary of the Interior may get up to 60 acres of land or land rights in Bell County, Kentucky, and Claiborne County, Tennessee by gift, purchase with donated or Congress-approved money, or by exchange. Any land acquired will become part of the Cumberland National Historical Park and follow the park’s laws and rules.
