Creates Canyonlands National Park in Utah to protect its scenic, scientific, and archeologic features for the public. It includes the area shown on the Boundary Map (No. 164–91004, June 1970), totaling 337,258 acres, except existing legal rights, and the map is on file at the National Park Service.
