Creates the Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in Fairfax County, Virginia, for performances, education programs, and related recreation. The Secretary of the Interior can create, run, and maintain the park on land donated from the former Wolf Trap Farm and Symphony Hill and on any additional donated or purchased land, but the total area cannot exceed 145 acres.
