Create a Federal Coordination Committee of the named federal agency heads and Federal and State Cochairmen. It must meet at least once every four months to coordinate programs affecting Alaska lands and resources. The Federal Cochairman leads, sets the agenda after consulting the other heads, provides staff support, and publishes a brief meeting summary in the Federal Register.
