§3336 Special Provision

Summary
When the Secretary approves the program, the State will be treated as if it has already spent whatever part of $32,000,000 it decides to use. The State chooses how much of that $32,000,000 counts as spent to carry out the program.

On the date the Secretary approves the program under section 3333 of this title, the State shall be treated as having expended such portion of $32,000,000 as the State deems appropriate for purposes of implementing the program.
