The Interior Secretary may accept approximately 58 acres inside Acadia National Park donated by Rockefeller, and may convey approximately 5 acres of federal land adjacent to Jackson Memorial Laboratory, Bar Harbor, Maine, to him or an agency he names for lab purposes; that land must follow park rules.
