The Secretary of the Interior can choose to accept ownership of a specific 4.828-acre piece of land in Bar Harbor, Hancock County, Maine that is owned by the Jackson Laboratory, a Maine nonprofit. The land is described by its boundary points along State Highway 3, the old Morrell Park Racetrack, and lines shared with United States land. If the Secretary accepts the ownership, that land will become part of Acadia National Park.
