The Secretary of the Interior may give Maurice Rich, Senior, approximately one and eight-tenths acres of Acadia National Park in Southwest Harbor, Maine, in exchange for property the Secretary finds suitable. The properties must be about equal in value or made equal by cash paid to the owner or to the Secretary, and any cash the Secretary gets must go into the Land and Water Conservation Fund; the federal lot transferred will no longer be part of the park.
