Title 16 › Chapter 56A— PACIFIC SALMON FISHING › § 3639
Creates an advisory committee of 12 to 20 people who know about the fisheries covered by the Treaty. Half of the members must live in Alaska and one must live in Idaho. Members serve two-year terms and can be reappointed. Members may attend all public meetings of the Commission and Panels and all nonexecutive meetings of the U.S. Section and U.S. Panel. At nonexecutive meetings they can review materials and speak about any nonadministrative matter being discussed. They are unpaid. The U.S. Section Chair must call at least one meeting each year.
