Title 16 › Chapter 57— NATIONAL FISH AND WILDLIFE FOUNDATION › § 3706
The Foundation must be treated as a corporation under part B of subtitle II of title 36 for purposes of section 10101 of title 36. As soon as possible after each fiscal year, the Foundation must send a report to the House Committee on Resources and the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. The report must explain its activities and give a full accounting of receipts, expenditures, and investments, describe any real property acquired or disposed of under section 3703(e), and list every grant made with the recipient, amount, and purpose. The law also says the Foundation must not engage in or threaten to engage in actions that conflict with its purposes in section 3701(b), and must not refuse, fail, or neglect to carry out its duties under this chapter or threaten to do so.
