Park officers can seize any guns, traps, animals, teams, horses, or any transport used inside the park to kill, trap, or capture wildlife, and keep them during any court case. If the user is found guilty, those items become U.S. property as an extra penalty, and the Secretary of the Interior handles and records what happens to them.
