The Secretary of the Interior may accept, for the United States, lands for Shenandoah National Park bought with $1,200,000 subscribed by Virginia and park groups. He may also accept lands for Great Smoky Mountains National Park bought with $1,066,693 subscribed by Tennessee and local conservation groups.
