On October 31, 1994, the Secretary must transfer, without payment, the Bureau of Land Management lands shown on the maps described earlier to the National Park Service so they become part of the National Park System. The park boundaries will be changed to include these lands, and the Secretary must manage them under the laws that apply to National Park units, including the Act that established the National Park Service (approved August 25, 1916).
