Creates Death Valley National Park using the boundaries shown on 23 proposal maps that show the park boundary and wilderness, numbered 1 through 23 and dated July 1993 or earlier. The maps are on file and open for public inspection at the park superintendent’s office and at the office of the Director of the National Park Service, Department of the Interior. The Death Valley National Monument is abolished, and its lands and any funds for the monument become part of the new park.
