Creates the Adams National Historical Park in Quincy, Massachusetts, as part of the National Park System to protect places linked to John Adams, Abigail Adams, John Quincy Adams, and Louisa Adams. The park includes all land the National Park Service managed in the Adams National Historic Site on November 2, 1998 and any land previously approved for that site, shown on the map titled “Adams National Historical Park,” numbered NERO 386/80,000, dated April 1998, plus any land authorized for the park by this law or later laws after November 2, 1998. To keep the park’s historic look, the Secretary may buy up to 10 acres nearby for visitor, administrative, museum, curatorial, and maintenance needs. The park map must be kept on file and available for public inspection at National Park Service offices.
