Creates the Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park in Richmond, California to save and share sites, buildings, and areas tied to the city’s World War II industrial, government, and citizen efforts for the public’s benefit and inspiration. The park’s boundary includes areas shown on two official maps (map no. 963/80,000, May 2000, and map no. 499/168,353, May 2020). The Secretary may add other historic properties if they are eligible for the National Register of Historic Places, directly connected to Richmond’s WWII home front themes, and fit the park’s purpose and themes.
