Creates the Brown v. Board of Education National Historical Park as part of the National Park System in Kansas. The park includes the Monroe Elementary School site in Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas, shown on a map titled “Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site” (Appendix A, June 1992), which is on file with the National Park Service. It also adds lands shown on a map titled “Brown v. Board of Education National Historical Park Boundary Additions and Affiliated Areas” (no. 462/178,449, February 2022). Those additions are the Summerton High School site and the former Scott’s Branch High School site in Summerton, Clarendon County, South Carolina, plus about 1 acre next to Monroe Elementary. That map is also on file and open for public inspection.
