Creates the Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve at St. Croix to protect important historic, cultural, and natural sites for people now and in the future. The park covers approximately 1015 acres as shown on map 141/80002 dated May 2, 2002, which is filed with the National Park Service (Department of the Interior) and the Lieutenant Governor offices in St. Thomas and St. Croix and is available for public inspection.
