The National Park Trust Fund Board, under the Act approved July 10, 1935 (49 Stat. 477), can accept $100,000 from the Saint-Gaudens Memorial and any extra amounts the group offers from its endowment, and those funds must be used only for the Saint-Gaudens National Historical Park. Also, this does not limit the Secretary of the Interior’s power to accept donations of property for the United States under other laws.
